Ray is a 3 year old started English Pointer with a very lovable and charming disposition. He is a delight to be with; he minds well, and is just a lot of fun to be around.
For the first years of his life he was a beloved pet and family companion only. He never had opportunity to discover his great love in life: Birds and hunting. Once he did … look out! J His greatest joy in life today is working with Gene, and finding birds.
He is doing great with his training. He did get to go wild bird hunting several times this past season with lots of success, and is well on his way to becoming a fine bird dog.
Ray would make a wonderful addition to any family. However, he does not appear to enjoy other dogs’ companionship too much, he seems to prefer being by himself with just his human family.
His perfect forever home would be a single dog home, with someone who would have a lot of time to spend with him.
