Field Trial Dogs
As a professional bird dog trainer I work with all of the pointing breeds. Field trials have helped me sharpen and refine my training skills. Here in Arizona we have huge tracks of land on which to run our bird dogs, thereby attracting some of country’s best dogs for competition. Taking part in these events keeps me up to date and constantly aware of any changes in the sport. My primary training grounds cover over eight thousand acres of private land. Additionally, a few miles in any direction we have access to additional large, diverse habitat. In most years we have adequate wild bird populations on which to train. Otherwise, I have game birds which are utilized in the finishing process.

We can help with all of your field trial needs: Training, preparation for the upcoming season, problems, handling, physical conditioning and other requirements. Not having a prescribed program, training is tailored to your bird dog’s requirements. This helps keep the cost down.
